Just find a bar- tell them you want to watch the match and that you are going to drink copious amounts of alcohol whilst you are there. They will put it on. Works every time. I was with my girlfriend in Greece once and managed to get Brighton v Swindon in the League Cup shown. We were the only ones watching.
