Log in problems on club ticket website

I have used the same password and customer number for years, but tonight when I tried to log in to check my points, the website says the password is wrong - unbelievable.............I know it is correct.
Is anyone else having log on problems?
If I click on forgotten password - does that come within a few minutes automatically or will it only come on Monday when the club opens?
(can't afford to wait until then)

Had the same issue earlier but have since gained access. I put it down to website updates. Quite likely given the shirt time frame to get the Derby game squared away

Try typing you're postcode as password ?

I can't update to gold membership,it tells me to select the icon below but there is nothing there.
