Adam Virgo celebrates his winner at Forest in 2004
Channel Islander Fred Leamon only scored four goals for Albion and met a rather unusual end years after hanging up his boots.
Aged 62, he suffered a fatal heart attack at St Paul's Cathedral while working as a security guard at Charles and Diana's wedding in 1981.
But his name remains in the history books as one of only three men to have netted for Albion in a win at Nottingham Forest.
Leamon*hit the winner by the Trent in 1949/50.

Gerry Ryan's famous winner in 1979
Gerry Ryan claimed the only goal of Albion's “miracle” win over Brian Clough's European champions in November 1979 and Adam Virgo secured three Championship points in September 2004.
Now the Seagulls, who have conceded last-gasp equalisers on their last two trips to Forest, hope someone else can find a way to bag maximum points.
All three wins were by 1-0, all three goals came in the first half and Virgo vividly remembers his.
He said: “It was a long time ago now! I was playing up front and Darren Currie whipped in a ball to the far post.
“James Perch, who's at Wigan now, was marking me.
“I thought I had been done for a push in his back but I headed the ball down and we got the goal.
“After that it really was backs to the wal but we held on. Great memories!”
