I been up several times during the night but its normal it's called getting older however have been dreaming of a good result come on the Seagulls and Ash.

I went to sleep at 11 but woke up at 3 and just tossed and turned in bed so got up at 4.30 and left to get the coach at 5.45. I'm tired
