Jake Forster-Caskey is in a relaxed frame of mind as Albion chase a play-off place
Jake Forster-Caskey believes the pressure is off Albion on the final day of the play-off race.
The Seagulls head for Nottingham Forest on Saturday needing to better Reading's result at home to Burnley to squeeze into sixth place.
Midfielder Forster-Caskey, 20, told The Argus: "We're quite confident. Because it's out of our hands in some ways it takes a little bit of the pressure off. We know what we've got to do, we've got to go there and win.
"Anything less might not be good enough. We'll try our hardest for the fans, because we know how much it would mean to them."
Forster-Caskey, in contention for his 33rd appearance of the season at Forest, added: "We know how much it would mean to us as players to get in the play-offs, because once you are in them it's a lottery really who goes up. They are such pressure games, anything can happen.
"I just hope we can get in, because it would be an amazing experience to hopefully play in big games like that, especially at the Amex."
