Gotta feel for the driver here.
Clearly the cyclist was asking to be hit.
Not to mention the fact the lyrca clad, road hog, weekend warrior hadn't even paid the road tax.

To be fair to the cyclist, he was stationary and the driver should have seen him there.

On this occasion the driver can't escape the blame but there are a lot of these 'car v bike' videos where the cyclist has to take a lot (sometimes all) of the blame.
