We are in the play offs if:-

We beat Forest

We draw at Forest and Reading don't beat Burnley by more than 3 goals or Blackburn don't beat Wigan by more than 7 goals.

We Lose, but by less than 4 goals and Reading fail to beat Burnley and Blackburn fail to beat Wigan

We Lose, and Reading fail to beat Burnley and Blackburn fail to beat Wigan and Bournemouth are unable to turn around a 14 goal difference.
