Charlton player on there says he has heard from others that Oscar really motivates and teaches players which roles to play in. Can't be right as people on here say he is boring and can't motivate the players at all.

With a full pre-season of preparation,.... a bit of player movement at his direction, then all will be cushty. I hope for this season, but I am also a realist,.... fingers crossed though.

100% agree. Lets hope, but if we don't make 6th I just hope Oscar has a bit more of a say on signings in the summer.
