ALBION boss Oscar Garcia is playing it cool in the race for the play-offs.
The Spaniard has urged the Seagulls to keep their feet on the ground in the chase for a top six finish.
Their destiny is in their own hands following defeat for Ipswich at Watford on Saturday.
Wins against Blackpool at the Amex today (3pm), at home to Yeovil on Friday night and at Nottingham Forest on May 3 will book their place.
Oscar, although pleased not to be relying on other results, refuses to look too far ahead.
He told The Argus: "That is always better but we want to keep focused only on the next game.
"We don't want to get carried away, because it's not the time to do it, but it's amazing we are in this position with all the problems we've had."
Blackpool have tumbled down the table since they were in the play-off zone themselves in December. Millwall's win at Middlesbrough on Saturday dropped them into the relegation places for the first time.
Oscar warned: "These kind of teams are the most dangerous, because they are fighting for survival and they will fight for every ball. They know they have to take any chance they have to stay up."
