The Seagulls will finish in the top six if they beat Blackpool at the Amex on Monday, Yeovil at home on Friday evening and Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on May 3.
Reading and Ipswich are both a point behind Albion, Forest and Bournemouth three points adrift following a 1-0 home win for Forest against Birmingham.
Watford are five points below Albion but have a game in hand.
Monday's visitors Blackpool have dropped into the relegation zone on goal difference as a result of Millwall winning 2-1 at Middlesbrough.
