No offence, but I genuinely don't know whether to laugh or cry at your ultimate bucket list.

Out of interest, what are you doing to achieve 3 and 4? Apart from 5? And how long will it take?

A long distance cycling expedition.
Round the world doesn't appeal, neither does Pole to Pole.

But I've convinced myself the thing to do would be the 4 corners of mainland America.

Starting NE to NW in the spring, down the Pacific highway through Spring/Summer.
Gulf of Mexico Summer/Autumn, up the East coast before winter sets in.

Absolutely 0% chance of it happening, but I reckon that would be brilliant!!

To eat kobe beef from Rachel Riley's navel with a decent Malbec whilst she confirms her love of Paul Weller and saving pandas/tigers etc. Tidy.

Bucket lists are really more around things to do before you kick the bucket, rather than a wish list. I have completed a few in the past and currently thinking of what to have on the next one. Done the usual swim with Dolphins, done a game show, played a a World Series of poker event and stuff like that, but mostly going to big sporting events are the special ones for me. I have done all of the domestic football finals now as well as a World Cup final and going through a list of the major horse races. Quite fancy the Kentucky Derby for 2015.
