According to The Independent, Fulham players Scott Parker, Brede Hangeland and Sacha Reither have been ringing supporters who have renewed their season tickets to say 'thanks'.

Who at the Albion would you allocate this task to?

Around 20,000 STHs at, let's say, 30 seconds per call (including dialling time)? I make that a whole week solid of non-stop calls 24-hours a day.

More likely that they'd repeat a previous initiative: record a personalised video for every first-name on the list of STH's, and email everyone a link to their video.

I think they should get Gus, Tano and Liam Bridcutt to call after we get promoted to say thanks and congratulate us on the reward of being able to enjoy the premiership experience next season.
