Title is spot on. I'm tempted to bet a lot of money on England Italy being a nailed on draw. Think about it:

Italy are notorious slow starters
It's in the hottest most humid place that has football in Brazil
Both sides would see a point as an OK result
Teams are generally more cagey early in the tournament
Last time we played neither team scored in 120 minutes of football
