Some fans are turning on Gus.

I put £200 on Relegation before Spurs game 4/11. Not usually my way of betting but seems to be money for nothing. Now 1/5 after the Spurs defeat.
One of my friends is a big Sunderland fan and he is laying the blame firmly at the feet of the players, who are simply not good enough and cannot be bothered to earn their inflated pay packets.
Feel sorry for the Sunderland fans but I am elated that Poyet is fast tracking them to the Championship. I hope his ego takes a beating but I doubt it will.
You won't find many Sunderland supporters who'd disagree. But these are the wasters who went whinging to our owner and chief executive about Di Canio early this season, and instead of telling them to sling their hook they were allowed to win the day. The subsequent mess is the consequence of backing the rabble over the manager.
I think it has already. Watch his interviews after last night. "We cannot defend, we cannot pass, we cannot control the bol, etc., etc".
Well Gus, you're the head coach. He did at least say that it is his responsibility.
