Dale Jennings
Barnsley will hope for more Dale Jennings magic against Albion today.
The former Tranmere and Bayern Munich winger has scored three crackers in their last six games.
The most recent rounded off last Saturday’s impressive 4-1 win at Yeovil.
Jennings had two years at Bayern after being signed initially to play for their B team as an 18-year-old.
The Bavarian giants spotted the young Scouser’s talent after less than a year of League One football at Tranmere.
He returned to England this term when then Barnsley boss David Flitcroft snapped him up for £250,000.
But it is only since Danny Wilson took over in charge in December that he has been a regular in the side.
Jennings hit the only goal when Reds enjoyed their most recent home win – 1-0 over Nottingham Forest.
He was also on target in the impressive 3-1 win at Reading.
Target man Chris O’Grady is Tykes’ top scorer with 13 in the league, including an expertly-taken second-half brace at Yeovil last week.
Recent signing Liam Lawrence got off the mark for the club at Huish Park and will play in central midfield alongside feisty skipper Stephen Dawson in a 4-4-2 set-up.
