Albion women take on bottom club Chesham United in the league this Sunday at The Meadow, kick-off 2pm.The Seagulls ended a run of five consecutive defeats last week with a hard fought 1-0 win away at West Ham United and head coach John Donoghue is expecting Chesham to provide another tough test despite their lowly position.
He told seagulls.co.uk, “Like any team that is up against it, they work hard for each other and apply themselves really well.
“They haven’t got as many points so far this season as they would have hoped for, so hopefully we can use that to our advantage.
“We want to be on the front foot and get that early goal as soon as possible.”

Donoghue also insists that his side have full confidence in their ability, even if results have not gone to plan recently.“We’ve always ran teams close even in the games we haven’t won and the team has always had full confidence in its ability.
“Last weekend (1-0 win over West Ham) confirmed my thoughts that we can defend properly and put the ball in the back of the net.”
Albion have a number of players missing for the trip to Chesham with Amy Potkins and the Kmita twins both ruled out through university commitments, while Rebecca Merritt is still absent following concussion.
Charley Boswell will be assessed at training and could return to the squad after suffering an impact injury in the defeat at Tottenham.
