The team don't want it - We fought back from 2-1 down and 3-2 down to secure a point with minutes to go, Bruno takes one for the team even if it causes a suspension.
We must Drop Greer - Scores crucial equaliser.
Oscar is all over the place tactically - Plays Rodriguez - scores, Brings on Stephens at half time in place of Ince -scores.
Oscar picks defensive sides - Finishes game with Lingard, Ulloa, Lua Lua and March up front.
We can't score for toffee - we score three.
The season is all but over - we remain a mere 3 points off the plays offs , 7 games left. Barnsley next...
Love this season...

Oscar ignores the boos, doesn't threaten to leave and just gets on with it and takes no notice of the doom mongers and hand wringers. Refreshing not to have a manager looking for excuses and making veiled threats as well as gobbing off when things are going badly.

All is not rosy but we ARE still hanging in there and the players are obviously behind the coach.

Love it! So true! When Lua Lua took corner I was on the cusp of "not another crap corn..." and up pops Greer to equalise. You couldn't make it up! Only we came back again! Unbelievable!

Will the real Albion please stand up?! One swallow doesn't make a seagull though.

Add to your list that three players scored their first goals of the season - that can't have happened too often before in game 39 even allowing that Rod & Stephens are newbies.

Play Ince or Andrews, but not both. We only need one defensive midfielder if we are going to make an impact in games. This evening sort of proves the point.

What do we know?!? That Ince, Andrews and JFC don't score, don't create and don't work as a three and that once two of them went off we started to threaten.

I'm left with the feeling that this might have been 3 points rather than 1, and that Oscar was wrong to start JFC instead of Stephens. That said, it's great we've halted the losing run and shown a bit of intent.

Very much. Obviously we'd have preferred three points, but to get two newbies on the scoresheet, and important ones too can only lift our confidence.

The team he finished with was the team that general wisdom on here would have started. So from 75 minutes onwards we had the supporters best XI on. We won that mini game 2-1.

Oscar needs to get on NSC more, 10,000 Brighton nutters can't all be wrong.

I'm happy to provide advice-but only up to the 85th minute as gotta go then.

Way out west
Kaz takes corner with useless right foot (oh no!) . Goal from Greer (!) side foot at near post while goalkeeper is trying to stop Andrews (!) standing in front of him! Could never have dreamt this script!

Old Gordon had a couple of surges up the field tonight as well. I wonder if that is something we'll be seeing a bit more of, as it worked quite well. None of the Blackburn players seemed to know if it was their job to pick him up. He's actually not too bad on the ball for a gangly defender.
