Blackburn have received a major boost ahead of their home game with Albion.
A red card shown to their inspirational skipper and centre-back Grant Hanley has been rescinded on appeal.
That frees the Scottish international to partner Matt Kilgallon at the back tonight.
Rovers’ only change from the 2-2 draw at Millwall on Saturday sees Tom Cairney replace Luke Varney in midfield.
The hosts are spearheaded by 20-goal top marksman Jordan Rhodes.
Blackburn: Robinson; Keane, Hanley, Kilgallon, Spurr; Cairney, Evans, Williamson, Conway; Dunn, Rhodes. Subs: Eastwood, Kane, King, Varney, Taylor, Feeney, Gestede.
