You have to love the Police chief. They shot him because he pulled a knife on an unarmed officer. That officer is described as a canine officer and the chief goes on to add that the canine officer did not have a weopon drawn!!!!

Raises the question as to whether some of their canine officers are allowed to carry weapons in the first place?
