Anyone know how he's done when he has played for them

Watched the game on the telly at the weekend. Played up front on his own for most of the game - not something he is used to or much good at. Tough game for him against Leicester but as always he tried hard.

Thought Barnes was one of Burnley's better players in a poor show on Saturday. Battled well but little change up against Wes Morgan and Leicester's Polish muscleman Wasilewski.

Ashley Barnes is a good player and we dropped a ricket IMO letting him go. He's probably not in too many people's first choice but he was invaluable to us in his time here. I don't think Burnley will mess it up from here so Barnes could well be running out at Old Trafford in August.

The way Man United are playing Ashley could turn up on his own in his plimsoles and beat them.
