It's the Pheonix theatre just off North Street. I can see it from my back garden and the smell is evil

Sorry, my battery ran out just after posting the pic. It's the Phoenix Theatre in the Phonenix Industrial Estate. I was playing footie with my son at the the Pells Park when smoke started billowing through. Amazing watching it go from a small amount of smoke to quite a massive fire in the space of a few minutes.
