Oscar Garcia wants Albion to respond to successive defeats for the first time since August
Albion boss Oscar Garcia has called on his team to recover from successive defeats against Mlddlesbrough at the Amex tomorrow.
The Seagulls face mid-table Boro following setbacks to their challenge for the play-offs at home to Ipswich last Saturday and at Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday.
Oscar said: "We need to bounce back against Middlesbrough, pick ourselves up and get back to winning ways.
"We like to play in front of our fans but all the games are important, home and away.
"I think we are playing well. We are creating a lot of chances. For example, in the last two games we had more than 30 attempts on goal and that means we are playing well, with an attacking mind. What we have to do is take the chances."
Boro are managed by Aitor Karanka, Oscar's 1996 Olympic Games Spanish team-mate.
"The first season is not easy for a foreign coach," Oscar said. "He came in the middle of the season but he is doing a good job. They don't concede many goals and they are a difficult team to beat but we will try to do it."
