Coastway East trains for Charlton at Home - Maybe good news?

I have heard from a reliable hot chilli sauce that the railway engineering works to upgrade signaling along the Coastway East route on April 12th/13th have been postponed due to the contractors not having the 'data' they need to upgrade the level crossings. (What was wrong with the crossing keeper in his hut?)

Hopefully, this could (?) mean the planned closures will not now happen? Any railways bods able to shed more light?
