I hope the club realise that by changing the game to a Friday night at 4 weeks notice a lot of people including myself will lose there money on Advance rail tickets bought for the saturday as they are non refundable and a lot of fans will be seriously out of pocket because of this and will now not be able to attend.

It would be nice if the Club issued some sort of Press release to the travelling fans explaing the decision to switch the game at such short notice etc

As outlined on the other thread, it is very difficult for any club to reject a request to televise one of our matches. As a member club of the Football League, we are subject - like all other clubs - to the various commercial and broadcast arrangements in place. It is likely, at times during the season match times will change - sometimes due to TV, but also for other reasons. Typically with games at the very end of the season, TV companies will wait to see the key games which affect promotion, play-off and relegation issues.
