ALBION 3
Tighe (2), Rowe-Hurst
Brighton & Hove Albion’s under-18s shared the spoils with QPR in a six-goal thriller on Tuesday.
Rangers took the lead thanks to Trey Williams, but a brace from Connor Tighe and a strike from Jack Rowe-Hurst gave Simon Rusk’s side a 3-1 lead before the hosts fought back to claim a point.*
The Seagulls started the game slowly, as Williams coolly slotted the ball past Joshua Smith to give the Hoops the lead, but Albion hit back with two goals in as many minutes, when Tighe slotted home from Rowe-Hurst’s pass before the latter scored with a cracking volley.

Tighe then gave Rusk’s side a two-goal cushion ten minutes after the restart with his own superb long-range strike but the Hoops responded.*
Reece Grego—Cox fired home from close range with 20 minutes remaining to halve the deficit before Ben Pattie then completed the comeback to end an entertaining spectacle by finishing from inside the six-yard box.
