Surely number 10 is referring to a player, not a country? In which case I haven't got a clue, although it looks like a great question. I'd say it's probably someone from Nigeria or Cameroon, as I can't think of any other African country that seems to qualify as frequently. What about Kanu? Or Eto'o?

Found it - it is Jacques Songo'o, the Cameroon Goalkeeper. 1990, 94, 98 and 2002. Roger Milla only appeared in 3.
