Welcome to Eastbourne.
I find the Spice Garden (Indian) in Old Town as one of the best.
Fish and chips - The dolphin fish and chips in Seaside ( I think its called that )
For a good chinese I recommend the Golden Dragon at the seafront end of Terminus rd.
All personal choice obviously and I expect you will get a few more options soon on good old nsc.
