I am currently on the phone to the ticket office and have been waiting over half an hour to get through.

I am in position 1 in the queue and have been for over 30 minutes.

this must be a record

Clearly lunchtime was 13:30 until 14:00 and Tubby's question was answered in about 4 minutes

I was on hold for 25 mins once. Unfortunately for me I was calling from Malaysia so it probably cost a fortune (thankfully I used the company phone ).
