Albion sent on Stephens for Buckley going into added time.
Final: Albion 2 QPR 0

9:30pm
LuaLua delighted home fans by outwitting Barton to win a corner. But it got even better.
LuaLua drive in the flag kick low and WARD deflected it just inside the far post.

9:26pm
Lingard was booked - possiby for persistent infringement - after a foul.
Then Morrison got on the ball.
He saw a shot deflect into the arms of Kuszczak.
Then Morrison's low shot was touched by Kuszczak just between the far post and an oncoming striker.

9:22pm
Albion suddenly had a spell of possession - and it brought a beautifully crafted goal. Bruno played a one-two with Andrews and drove over a pinpoint low cross for ULLOA to prod home.
Assou-Ekotto limped off before play resumed Maiga replaced Assou-Ekotto

9:13pm
Albion's first shot on target arrived in the 68th minute after some tidy passing but Forster-Caskey's curler did not test Green.
He was in more trouble a moment later, needing two attempts to hold Buckley's teasing cross.
As play swept to the other end, Hoilett shot just wide.*

9:08pm
QPR's sixth on-target attempt - against none so by Albion -*saw Traore strike low from 25 yards and Kuszczak dive to his right to parry.
Still the visitors looked the more likely side to break through. Hoilett fizzed an angled shot across goal and wide, via a defelction. Ulloa rose to clear the corner.
Albion at last managed an attack but Green gathered Buckley's floated cross.

8:57pm
Traore won the first corner of the half but Kuszczak came out a long way to catch Barton's flag kick.
Neither side had yet got into any rhythm after the interval.
Bruno lost the ball and Hoilett took advantage to get into the box and fire in a shot which Kuszczak saved at his near post.
The corner was half-cleared, played back in and Onuoha saw his close range shot hit Dunk's arm before Kuszczak dived on the loose ball.
There were penalty appeals but only from the QPR fans behind that goal.

8:33pm
Buckley won a corner for Albion but the moment was rather lost as they played it short and Andrews' ball into the box was cleared.
Albion were finally awarded their first free-kick, other than for an offside, in the last minute of the half as Dunne shoved over Lingard on the left edge of the box.
The kick was dragged back low to Ulloa whose left-foot shot on the half-turn was horribly high and wide.
Half: Albion 0 QPR 0

8:28pm
Bruno had been doing a decent job on the tricky Hoilett. But he brought him down near the corner flag and earned a*brief talking-to*from Madley.
Barton drilled the resulting free-kick straight at Andrews.
As pressure contineud, QPR won two corners, the second of which was just too high for Hill as he charged into the goalmouth.
But Albion dug in and survived.

8:17pm
Albion were working hard to harry Rangers in possession.
But that played into the hands of the talented Morrison, who darted away from a couple of opponents, drifted inside and let fly with a 25-yard shot which Kuszczak pushed over as it moved in the breeze.

8:13pm
Lingard, playing with freedom, popped up on the right and worked a one-two with Bruno before sliding in a dangerous low cross with was cut out.
QPR immediately countered and Keane had a run in the Albion box but Bruno nicked the ball off him.

8:10pm
Hoilett tied his luck from 30 yards and his shot bounced and swerved in front of Kuszczak, who could only parry before diving on the rebound as it threatened to get away from him.
The visitors were looking a classy outfit in possession.
Dunk got across to block a Hoilett cross at the cost of a corner which was taken by Barton and headed away by Ulloa.

8:05pm
Traore produced the first on-target shot of the night but his low effort from outside the box was easy for Kuszczak to gather.
Albion then had a real chance as ref Madley played a shrewd advanatge when Buckley was tripped.
Ulloa seized on the loose ball and made ground in the inside-right channel before flashing a shot past the near post.

7:59pm
Lingard's shot was well wide but it gave home fans encouragment.
And it was not as wayward as Keane's woeful 25-yarder a minute later.

7:58pm
Unusually Albion had very little early possession.
When they got the ball, though, they got Ward charging forward and Ulloa won a corner.
That was cleared but Albion attacked again and Lingard sent a cross shot wide of the far post after Bruno had slid the ball back inside.

7:54pm
Albion put together their first move, heavily involving Ince, but it was all too intricate just outside the box and QPR cleared.

7:52pm
QPR put the first move together and Bruno had to nick the ball away from Hoilett on the edge of the box.
Dunk headed away the first cross of the night.
Then neat passing in the middle gave Jenas room to shoot but his curler went comfortably wide.

7:47pm
Albion going North to South in this first half.
Conditions: Cold, clear, windy.

7:44pm
It's another big game for Albion - and a tough one too against QPR.
Harry Redknapp's men bounced back after a recent blip by winning at Birmingham on Saturday - and quite comfortably too by the look of it.
Meanwhile Albion have taken just one point from two recent home games against play-off contenders.
The teams are out and Sussex By The Sea is belting out around the Amex.
We are almost ready to go.
