England's obession with pace bowlers regardless of conditions, ability or match annoy me more than anything in cricket.

We've played three warm-up games where spin has been key, we're playing in Bangladesh next week so getting them in the team and playing is sensible. So we just play the one spinner and three seamers and Jade Dernbach.
