Noticed that myself yesterday he spent quite a bit of time on the touchline encouraging and talking to players, He's one of those people you feel could go on to be a good coach or even manager at some point.

Interesting. He barely sat on the bench after we went down to ten. Even when he wasn't warming up he sat away from the bench. Biggest worry though was the players were replying and responding to him unlike jones who they just blatantly ignore!!!

This. Calde is a far better defender and scores more goals. Probably has more assists too!

if I had a kid I would prefer that they aspired to be Calde rather than some vacuous pop idiot/ actor/ premiership prima donna.
