Brighton & Hove Albion fans coming to the Amex for the match with Reading today - with parking booked at Bennett's Field, Sussex University or the Bridge Car Park - are reminded of new arrangements which will be in place moving forward for every matchday.
All fans using ANY of our various VIP or near-site car parks are reminded that from today valid parking permits must be prominently displayed in the windscreen of the car prior to arrival at the car park entrance – and they must remain prominently displayed in the vehicle at all times while it is parked in the club’s various car parks.*
This is to speed up entry to our car parks, and please note from tomorrow there will be no exceptions to this rule. It is the responsibility of the supporter to hold and display a valid parking permit.

To speed up access to car parks, stewards will no longer hold lists of supporters who have booked parking spaces late. Neither will emails be accepted - only cars with a valid parking permit will gain access. Those fans who have pre-booked parking should contact the club 24 hours BEFORE any given match if their permit hasn’t arrived.*
Additionally, those parking in Bennett's Field or VIP parking are reminded that from the 70th minute of the match the car park will be locked down, and cars will not be permitted to leave until a minimum of 45 minutes after the final whistle. We expect that, with the majority of buses and coaches clear by this time, traffic flows away from Bennett’s Field and VIP car parks will be considerably easier and faster.
Please note, neither Sussex University nor The Bridge car parks will be subject to any hold-back period after the match.
