Has anyone else had this email from the club?


Please note you have missed at least one direct debit payment for your 2013/14 season ticket.

You must ensure that your payment is made before the match against Reading on Saturday otherwise your card will be blocked and you will be unable to gain entry to the stadium.

To do so, please call 0844 327 1901 and select option 7 (open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm) at your earliest convenience.

While your account is in arrears, your card will remain blocked. Additionally, if more than one payment is missed in the course of a season, you will be liable to a £10 administration charge.

If you have already dealt with this issue then please disregard this email.

As far as I can see, the money hasn't even been attempted to be taken for this month yet.
And if it had, they would have had the money.

Mine came out as normal, best give the club a bell.

Just done that. They say they had attempted to take it on the 5th, but my bank didn't send it.
Trip to the bank coming up then.

I've been having issue the last three months (ever since the account the DD was set up for was changed). Last month they said that the bank returned it saying "Account closed" even though it is not.

Getting really hacked of with the club as they still haven't credited my eCash with a £10 top up from October and now it won't let me log on to check (even with a temporary password) I've chased this three times as well.

Think I might CC Paul Barber into the email.

I think from what you say in your first paragraph that it's your bank you need to speak to.
I had problems with a couple of DD's over christmas/new year and had to get pretty firm with my bank when they kept cocking-up for no reason. Got a refund and compensatory cancellation of account fees.
