Charlotte Young admits Albion women need to go back to the drawing board following Sunday’s defeat to Keynsham.
John Donoghue’s side were beaten 1-0 by the Somerset side and Young believes the Seagulls failed to create enough chances.
She told seagulls.co.uk, “It was a very disappointing result as we need to win these games for us to move up the league.
“We lacked a bit of bite about us. Everything in terms of our fitness and technical ability is fine but we sat off and gave them too much time on the ball.
“The goal came so early on, meaning we had so much time to rectify it, but we just didn’t look like scoring at all and that’s probably the most disappointing thing.
“We now need to be picking up points in every game. Where we are in the table doesn’t really reflect the talent we have in the squad.”

The midfielder also believes the team will have to improve their performance for the visit of Coventry to Withdean next Sunday.
She added, “Against Coventry we will need push higher up the field, put more pressure on the opposition and take our chances.
“It’s probably going to be one of our toughest tests of the season, as they’re organised, strong and like to battle.
“We played them early on in the season (drawing 1-1); we’ve had many changes to the squad since then, but hopefully the strength and conditioning work will help improve our fitness and enable us to get a good result.”
