I went Red Dwarf, despite not liking that all that much, mostly because of the lifelong general dislike for the raucous yelping that accompanies that childish farce of a so-called classic in the shape of Fawlty Towers. It's a show i turn off when i notice it's on. It has the same screeching of a Mrs Browns Boys episode.

If Red Dwarf had left it at the end of the sixth series then I'd have probably voted for it in earlier rounds, but those last two series completely ruined the memory of this show. Anyway FT is going to a deserved heavy victor here.

I'd add Series Three to the comedy genius bracket, Backwards, Marooned and Polymorph have to be three of the strongest episodes they ever did.
Good point, for some reason I was thinking they were series 4.
