What is so good, for both now & the future, is a manager who obviously recognises & utilises 'in house', young talent & is not reluctant to use it. Well done OG!

Couldn't be there tonight - but I said on Saturday on here that I view him as better to have than Bridcutt as he is going to get better and better with more games. He is already like a tall Bridcutt anyway!

You can tell he has been playing and learning from Bridcutt with the way he turns out of tackles. Such a more well rounded player than Bridcutt. So glad we got him on a longer contract.

I thought Ince played superbly tonight. Strong in the challenge, fleet of foot, determined, passionate and skilful. What more could one ask for in a central midfielder folks? I tell you....we've got an absolute diamond in our hands; and to think he is going to get better and better.

A perfect replacement for Bridcutt and the potential to be an even better player.

He's better already in my view. Hanging on to Ince at the end of the season is not going to be easy.

Still can't understand why we only gave Ince an 18 month contract whereas we gave Stephens a 3 and half year contract. Ince will be out of contract in July next year and could walk for free.

Such a ****ing beast.

He does make the odd mistake here and there- which is usual for a young midfielder- but he never fails to atone for it. Not to mention the way he absolutely dominates in the centre game after game.

Gone from "prospect" to "vital" in a short space of time

Our record with Ince in the team speaks for itself. He is undoubtedly a key member of the side.
