Chissy is there because of his ranking/price money over the year, he is there on merit. A good win over Thornton in the opener.

You questioned why he is there? his ranking and price money is the reason. The two wildcards were Anderson and Barney, both very popular players on the circuit that people will what to see. James Wade was left out sighting reasons from Hearn that it was on medical grounds, something that Wade disputed. 93 average, not the best but a wins a win.

Great to see Barney back to his best. Snakebite a natural for the Premier League, Chizzy showed bottle in the opener but this is the big one, can see a draw in the MVG / Power match.
