Bennetts Field Parking

scooter1

How soon is now?
I've been offered a parking space for the Donny game in Bennetts Field and am wary of the nightmare of getting to the ground by car. The queues on the A27 have always put me off, so my question is this:

Does anybody know what time the traffic starts the build up, and I can I beat it by getting to the ground early-ish(1.30 to 2pm)

Thanks in advance

Getting in isn't much of a problem it's getting out where the nightmares start.

You can always go past the Amex down to the Kingston roundabout and back up and that will avoid most of the queuing. But as BB says it's the getting out, you might want to sit around, watch the results etc and leave about an hour after the end

If you leave bang on the final whilstle and don't hang about you'll be out in 15 mins or so. If you don't get a move on though you may as well wait an hour after the game.

I'm happy to hang around for beers afterwards as I won't be driving(and the driver doesn't drink), its the queue on the A27 getting to the Falmer turn off that i'm looking to avoid. Turning back on the Kingston roundabout is a good shout though, cheers!
