I would add also motivation from the management team.
Oscar is a lovely guy but a motivator and a figure in the UK game like Poyet? I think not.
Add to that Nathan Jones hardly a figure or a respected number two.
Too balance that many of the squad were Poyets boys and Oscar has not by the looks of things been given the ability to bring in his own players he would know and have knowledge of. Maybe this will happen in the summer.
