Does anyone know what colours we play in?

Yes, the blue is "Albion Blue" and the white is "Albion White".
Flippancy aside, do you have a shirt that you could take into a supplier to see how well they can match it? Unless you're a real perfectionist I would have thought that a medium blue and anything described as "white" rather than cream or ivory would do.
