THINK before you vote. You've got 24 hours.

The Combatants:

Hippo

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hippo

2010 champ Hippo has had to work hard to get to the quarters, finishing third in group E before coming through an epic encounter with 2011 champ Orca in the second round. The hippo is a herbivore that has no natural predators so really should have no reason to be in a dust up. The highly aggressive, unpredictable hippo however doesn't really care and is prone to attack anything it can just for the crack of it. Surprisingly quick, the hugely powerful and ill tempered hippo will attack under no provocation leading all other animals to give them a wide berth if they can.

The Cassowary has had a similar route to the quarters as the Hippo, finishing second in Group E and then seeing off the Jack Jumper Ant by the odd vote in an epic 81 vote second round battle. The Cassowary is a large flightless bird, native to Australia and New Guinea whose diet consists mainly of fruit and seeds although it also eats small vertebrates and invertebrates. The Cassowary is a very shy animal, preferring to hide rather than confront but when it does confront it goes bat shit mental, charging at or hurling itself with elemental fury at its victim, trying to eviscerate its opponent with its long, sharp claw like middle toe.

How have both of these made it through FFS.

One is a bird that has only ever had one confirmed kill and one gets sunburn if it leaves the water during daylight hours.

Hippo for me.

The Cassowary is mental, but seemingly only in defence of territory. The hippo just looks like it enjoys fighting, crocs, lions, rhino's, it doesn't seem to give a flying sh*t and often completely unprovoked.
