LA...wishing it was devon..
...no, not my thoughts on bumping off Barnes tonight, but the play by our local author Peter James. Love all his books!
Took father to the performance last night at the Theatre Royal. Very impressed by the staging - the upstairs and downstairs..
Thought the acting was great, especially Claire Goose as Joan.
Wont spoil it for those going this week....

Well worth tanking into Brighton on a dreary Monday night!

Really wanted to get to see this but wasnt able to juggle time off work / babysitter.

Peter James is a fantastic authour. For those not familiar with his work, the Roy Grace series are set all around Brighton and Sussex.

With Les Dennis? Not familiar with Peter James, I bought my folks tickets for this lazily assuming they'd be going to see a stage adaptation of the Michael Douglas/Paltrow film of the same name (itself a remake of the Hitchcock film Dial M For Murder). Doh!
