It doesn't work, yet we've done brilliantly this season? Ok then...
Most successful modern day formation doesn't work? So we finished 4th last year on a fluke? So we're 7th this year (with many injury restrictions) by chance? You sir, are a footballing dinosaur!

Playing 4-3-3 is all very well but needs the service and end product which is seriously lacking at the moment....

This. Absolutely zero chance of Orlandi or Dave being skilful enough to cross a ball into the box from which Leo could score. We also have nobody in midfield capable of scoring and no quality on set-pieces.
Unfortunately, Oscar's obsession with playing "the Barcelona way" is going to ruin our club.

I also agree this is what OG will play, but I would like to see a 442 formation particularly at home against the so called weaker teams.

I can't quite believe I'm reading this. Orlandi and Lopez lack the skill to put crosses in? Orlandi and Lopez can't score? Orlandi not quality at set pieces (I could also indicate how Dave scored in the St Patrick's Day 2013 game you seem somewhat attached to)? The Barcelona way is going to ruin our club?
These are four highly dubious remarks. I'd like to see you justify one of these, but it'd be hilarious if you attempted all four. The floor is yours.
