Also, what happened to that ex Chelsea lad we had on trial last season? Was it Hunte? Meant to be the next big thing but released by them, played 60 minutes for us and never heard of again.

To avoid the repetition of just using 'attacking midfielder', '18-year-old' or anything else they've described him as already. A pretty standard approach common across most news outlets

But they, quite rightly, don't say black in relation to Ince or Bridcutt. So in reality what is the difference (bar the obvious one being skin colour and one being hair).

They make reference to his ginger hair, because that is a desirable attribute ... like being "pacy", "towering" or "hung like a Dublin".
