The local residents will oppose any plans to re- develope the park.
It's a shame ,because the old Crystal Palace was a magnificent building until we burnt it down.

Crystal Palace, burning things down since 1936.

In all seriousness, it would be a shame if this didn't happen.

I'd rather a crystal palace than a stupid doughnut viewing tower.
