Convert your measurements to metres then multiply

7.6 x 0.25 x0.45
8.9 x 0.15 x 0.3

As Hailsham Seagull has already said, approx 1.26 cu m. should be enough. However I always add at least 10% to allow for irregularities in the depth/width of the trench.
Also, they are very narrow footings, what widths are the walls you are building?

I was thinking that, very narrow and not very deep.
Plus, where do you buy a shovel 150mm wide unless its a kiddies bucket and spade from the beach.
