How can this be definite when West Ham are only six points from being in the top half of the table?

Sam Alladyce .

But if he leaves and they appoint a new manager, things could change for them again, just like the situation at Palace.

I think that they (Golds +Sullivan) will stick with him too long. All the other clubs around them have changed manager and are getting a degree of " bounce " except West Ham.

Still fancy Arsenal to win this as they look solid but the paucity of their squad in terms of Man City may haunt them.

I'm amazed no one has Everton in the top 6. Think they look like they can give anyone a game and have a very solid squad with a great manager. Would love them to get 4th.

Will go for the top order, based on those clubs who have spent the most in the last 2 or 3 years on wages and current squad cost. Annual wages being the biggest decider apparently. In order:

Man City
Chelsea
Arsenal
Tottenham
Man Utd (the one blip in the finances order theory, due the badly handled change of manager, chief exec & transfers)
Liverpool
Everton
Newcastle
Southampton

If Liverpool or Everton pip Tottenham to top 4, that will be some feat, due to the star studded SQUAD tottenham have spent money on at great expense over recent years.

Relegation.
Cardiff
and cannot decide the other 2. So many to choose from, who keep popping up with a win and may invest crucially in the remaining days of the transfer window with class.

How many of the Tottenham `stars` had you heard of prior to Spurs buying them last summer
