Albion boss Oscar Garcia has been hit by another major injury blow.

Winger Kazenga LuaLua is out of tomorrow's trip to Derby County with a hamstring injury, The Argus can reveal.

LuaLua, outstanding in last week's home win against Birmingham, did not travel with the rest of the squad to the East Midlands today.

The problem is only minor but it is another setback for Oscar, who has been besieged by injuries to key players since taking charge at the start of the season.

He lost key midfielder Andrew Crofts against Birmingham to a ruptured cruciate knee ligament which has ruled the Welsh international out for six months.

Oh well, Spanish Dave or Orlandi to be the lone winger then

Unbelievable why our wingers are so patheticly weak they pick a tiny knock and that's it. Regularly

We really do have two injury prone wingers. We have to improve in this department during the window.

You sometimes feel that the founding fathers of BHAFC must have run over several black cats in their horse drawn carriages/imported Model T Fords!

Orlandi isnt really fit - you just know if he starts his injury will flare-up. March and JFC must both be in with a chance of starting but against a very fluid and mobile midfield you have to think we will struggle.

The words 'major injury blow' along with 'The problem is only minor' are an interesting contradiction in terms.

not really -- it's a minor injury that won't keep him out for long, but it will potentially have a major effect on the team tomorrow, given the other injuries

We need players that don't get injured constantly, yeah he's great when he plays but whenever I see him get knocked I think "oh great here we go" we simply cannot continue like this

FFS, he was really starting to come good as well. Has to be a great chance for March now.
