Minister for Brighton

Saw this today and thought perhaps this thread may divert us from the grief of losing AEA.

So, if the inhabitants of the fair city of Brighton were mad enough to want their own Minister (who I suspect would just utter sound bites and get in the way at local events) who would you choose??

We wouldn't get any choice, we'd just have one of the usual self-appointed spokespersons for Brighton imposed on us.

So Simon Fanshawe then.

The Fellon for Portsmouth didn't even turn up for his unveilling, they sent moominpappa instead. Just goes to show exactly how important the politicians felt the role of minister for portsmouth is.
