Albion have stepped up their pursuit of Bournemouth marksman Lewis Grabban with a £1.1 million offer.
The Argus website revealed on Monday the Seagulls' interest in Grabban and a clause in the contract he signed in November allowing him to speak to another club if they bid £1.1 million.
Bournemouth have confirmed that figure has been met by the Seagulls and Grabban is now destined for talks with the club.
